Other internet flower companies send their flowers through the mail in a box. Does Sympathy Florists do this?
Absolutely not. It should be illegal to do this in our opinion. Our flowers are expertly arranged with fresh flowers in close proximity to the service or delivery location. Our network of florists are located close to where you need them and they will never ship your flowers through the mail.
Where does Sympathy Florists deliver to?
Sympathy Florists serves most markets in the U.S. We usually deliver to churches, funeral chapels and or mausoleums. Orders to residences are welcome but must be a $150 minimum order. Some of the more specialized arrangements may have limited availability in some locations. Please call if you have concerns about a delivery location prior to ordering your flowers online.
Some items are marked “Not available in all locations”. What does this mean?
Items marked “Not available in all locations” usually means that either flowers or materials to design the arrangements are not available at that delivery location (Usually in rural areas). If we are unable to provide a specific arrangement for you, we will notify you and refund your money. In most cases our network of florists will be able to accommodate any design ordered on our site. If you have a concern, do not place your order online and call us first.
What if I change my mind? Can I cancel my order?
Order Changes and Cancellations: We are sorry but once an order has been placed we have already begun to process it and since flowers are perishable we can not cancel an order. In some cases we may be able to make adjustments to an order depending on lead time. Please e-mail us at: email@example.com or call.
How do I know that the flowers I am ordering will look like the picture on your site?
Substitution Policy: Whenever possible we will design each piece as shown in the picture. However, some flowers are seasonal and we may use different flowers than what is pictured. We will use a substitute that will best duplicate the value and appearance of the arrangement. The same is also true for all vases and hard goods pictured.
Some of your arrangements have props such as hats, garden tools, sporting equipment, etc…. Are these included with the flower arrangement?
Props: Some of the arrangements pictured on our site contain non-floral hard goods such as misc. hats, fishing rods, golf clubs, photos, etc…. These items are not included with the arrangement but can be built into the arrangement if requested by the customer. For orders containing specialized personal items we require these items to be delivered to either the funeral home or one of our florist locations. The items may be mailed or sent by courier but must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the delivery time. We can also arrange to pick these items up depending on your location.
